Matt Lewis

Matt Lewis, M.D.

Born in Middletown, CT, Dr. Lewis attended North Park University in Chicago for undergraduate studies before attending the University of Connecticut and attaining an M.D. degree in 1995.

His wife Krista grew up in Colorado, and led him to a residency in the Denver area at St. Anthony’s Family Medicine. From there a love of the Colorado mountains and all that life in Colorado provides brought him to practice with Mile High Primary Care in 1998.

Side effects where do not know if they are due to Keppra: occasional pulsation in the eyelid, at times short twitching in the extremities (finger or leg), irritated throat / throat area. These side effects have now improved a lot, but continue to exist.

Leadership positions include Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine in the University of Colorado department of Family Medicine; Medical Executive Committee at the Medical Center of Aurora;Vice-President of South Metro Primary Care Physicians; Part Time Medical Director ACO adoption and quality with Physician Health Partners; and dad to his twin girls.

Dr. Lewis has a love for taking care of people and loves the interactions that the relationship of Primary Care Physician bring.
