What are MHPC fees for service?
Our fees are based on the local market, contracts with participating insurance plans, and a national system called RBRVS, which is the standard in the medical marketplace.

We do work with many insurance plans and have contracted rates for their participants.

For private patients without insurance, we do offer a cash discount for payment at the time of service. If you are unable to pay your entire bill at the time of service, you must pay our minimum office charge and you will be billed for the balance.

Will you work with me to devise a payment plan?
We will do our best to avoid sending any patients to collections. We will try to work with you as long as you show good faith in payments. Your health comes first.
Who should I contact with financial questions?
We use a local third party billing service called Clinic Service. You can access our billing specialist there by calling our main number and selecting the billing office from the main phone tree. They are happy to answer any of your billing or insurance questions.
